Role Overview:
As a Phone-Based Appointment Setter, your primary responsibility will be to initiate conversations with potential clients via phone, qualify leads, and set appointments for our expert sales team. Your efforts will directly contribute to creating impactful connections with clients, ensuring they receive personalized solutions from our specialists.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to prospective clients, engaging them in meaningful conversations.
Appointment Setting: Qualify leads based on set criteria and schedule appointments for our sales team.
Engagement: Build strong relationships over the phone by listening to client needs and responding to inquiries with professionalism.
CRM Management: Accurately update and manage client information in our CRM system.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach efforts and increase lead conversion rates.
Reporting: Track and report on calls made, appointments set, and overall lead conversion success.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
Proven Experience: Previous experience as a phone-based appointment setter, lead generator, or telesales agent (experience in real estate or similar industries is a plus).
