Social Media Manager/Video Editor - YouTube Focus

Develop Social Media Strategies
Plan and execute campaigns to increase engagement and subscribers on company Youtube, instagram and facebook pages.
Analyze performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Prepare content for a minimum of 1 post per week.
Content Creation
Create and publish engaging text, image, and video content.
Collaborate with teams to produce high-quality posts, stories, and reels.
Create custom thumbnails for videos and posts to improve visibility.
Video Editing
Edit raw video into short and long-form content for social media.
Add graphics, animations, subtitles, and music as needed.
Trend Research
Stay updated on social media trends and research competitors.
Analytics and Reporting
Track and analyze social media performance using platform insights.
Provide regular performance reports.

Qualifications:
2-3 years of social media management experience.
Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Graphic design skills.
English written and verbal proficiency

Preferred:
Knowledge of motion graphics or animation.
SEO and content optimization skills.
