As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for the following:

* Overall site supervision and coordination with different contractors to complete a warehouse project
* Supervise the construction and maintenance of building and infrastructure projects
* Preparing material, equipment and labor cost estimates and confirming costs are within the budget
* Forecasting design and construction timeline
* Completing and submitting all permit applications to the appropriate agencies and ensuring projects are compliant throughout the design and construction stages
* Deliver project assets on time and under budget with feasibility
* Work to ensure that the project progresses at an acceptable rate, barring unavoidable interference (e.g., delays due to unexpected weather)
* Resolve any issues that may arise during construction.
Job Qualifications
Licensed Civil Engineer with at least 3 years experience in construction of mid rise building
Willing to be deployed in other areas within or outside Negros Occidental
Experienced in structural steel works is a plus
Project Management or Construction Management experience is a plus
Preferably knows how to drive

NOTE: THIS POSITION IS ONSITE and OFFSITE. THE OFFICE IS LOCATED IN BACOLOD NEGROS OCCIDENTAL. ENGINEERS MAY BE ASSIGNED TO OTHER LOCATIONS WITHIN VISAYAS AND MINDANAO DEPENDING ON WHICH PROJECT THEY WILL BE ASSIGNED.
