Highly skilled Business Manager

Hello... I have a start-up health coaching business. I need someone who has 5+ years of experience doing business management or project management. Most of the work is done via telephone or an app that allows me to relay instructions and information audibly. This job requires impecable spoken and written English with very little grammatical errors. English comprehension is very very important. Please do not apply if you struggle understanding English written or otherwise.
Mostly I will give verbal tasks. The Project Manager will manage the entire business process. They will need to be very familiar with my job so they can carry out many of the tasks I do. Organization is a must. Must be gregarious and know how to problem solve quickly and research efficiently.
