The M&A Analyst provides essential support in executing financial transactions and advisory services, including financial analysis, modeling, research, and document preparation, while gaining exposure to mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital raising, and other corporate finance activities.


Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in financial analysis, modeling, and research to support deal evaluation and decision-making processes.
- Contribute to the preparation of financial presentations, Confidential Information Memorandum (CIM) and transaction-related
documents.
- Participate in due diligence processes including review of financial statements, legal documents, and industry research.
-Support senior tea ---------- mbers in various aspects of deal execution and client management.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation of transaction-related activities and communications.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes affecting investment banking and transaction
advisory.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field. Professional certifications (e.g CPA) is a plus.
- at least 1 year of relevant work experience in investment banking or transaction advisory is preferred.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, QoE and trend analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis and reporting.
- Has strong quantitative skills, an analytical and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues across different functions.
- Familiarity with mergers and acquisitions (M&A) processes, capital markets, and corporate finance concepts is a plus.
