Risk Adjustment Coder
Location: Temporary Work-From-Home (Day Shift)
Profile:
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related medical field.
• Recent medical coding experience in clinical, BPO, or CPO settings.
• Must have an active Certified Risk Adjustment Coder (CRC) or Certified Professional Coder (CPC) license.
• Previous experience in Medicare Risk Adjustment is required.
• Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
Salary: ?40,000 - ?45,000 (depending on experience)

Signing Bonus (SOB): Up to ?50,000 (case by case basis)

Inpatient Medical Coder
Location: Onsite
Profile:
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related medical field.
• Recent medical coding experience in clinical, BPO, or CPO settings.
• Must hold an active Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) or Certified Inpatient Coder (CIC) license.
• Strong communication, organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
Salary: ?55,000 - ?75,000 (depending on experience)

Signing Bonus (SOB): Up to ?100,000

Inpatient Medical Coder - CDI Specialist
Location: Onsite, Day Shift
Profile:
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related medical field.
• Recent medical coding experience in clinical, BPO, or CPO settings.
• Must hold an active Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) or Certified Documentation Integrity Practitioner (CDIP) license.
• Experience as a CDI Specialist is also welcome.
• Strong communication, organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
Salary: ?90,000 - ?110,000 (depending on experience)

Signing Bonus (SOB): Up to ?100,000 (case by case basis)
