Job Overview:
Automation Contractors LLC is seeking a motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to support our B2B lead generation efforts. This is a fully remote position, with work hours from 8 AM to 5 PM EST, allowing you to work online from anywhere. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to prospects, and scheduling high-quality appointments for the sales team. Your efforts will directly contribute to our business growth, and you will be rewarded with a competitive commission structure.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead Generation on LinkedIn:
Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and research potential B2B prospects based on target industries and company profiles.
-Outreach & Engagement:
Initiate conversations with potential clients via LinkedIn messaging, personalized
-Appointment Setting:
Schedule and coordinate appointments or demos between qualified leads and the sales team. Ensure all necessary details are communicated and confirmed.
-Pipeline Management:
Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects using CRM tools. Keep track of outreach activity, follow-up schedules, and the status of leads.
-Collaboration with Sales Team:
Work closely with the sales and business development teams to ensure alignment on prospecting efforts, target criteria, and sales goals.
-Performance Tracking:
Monitor and report on the performance of outreach efforts, providing insights on successes and areas for improvement.
-Incentives:
Per Lead Bonus: Earn $10 for each qualified lead that meets our predefined criteria.
Conversion Bonus: Additional $100 for each lead that successfully turns into a quote.
Performance Bonuses: Additional bonuses are available for meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets.
Required Qualifications:
-Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Sales Development Representative (SDR), or in a similar role focused on B2B.
-Expertise in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation and prospecting.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships through written and verbal outreach.
-Prior experience working with sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
-Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for managing leads and tracking outreach activities.
-Ability to meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets
-Highly organized, with excellent time-management skills and attention to detail.
