This job includes communicating with customers through e-mail, provide service to customers before and after sale, and establish customer relationship. You also need to regularly check customer inquiries and complaints to be able to resolve them timely to protect and maintain company's account security and establish a corporate customer feedback.Your activity also includes contacting customers, understanding customer feedback, and relaying to the department relevant information that can help in improving marketing strategies.
It also includes collecting customer feedback, analyzing and summarizing relevant issues in time and providing suggestions to improve products, channels, sales methods,etc. You also need to manage customer information, regularly listing good customers, providing assistance to the department in setting up and maintaining CRM system.
You also need to be open in self-learning and participate in training to be familiar with different platform policies.
Requirements
good knowledge of English language
