SearchParty Marketing is a growing digital marketing agency focused on helping small businesses build their online presence. We specialize in providing digital marketing solutions for local businesses, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and creating high-converting websites and landing pages for our clients. We are currently seeking a skilled Web Developer/Graphic Designer with experience in WordPress to join our team.

Position Overview:
As a Web Developer/Graphic Designer at SearchParty Marketing, you’ll be responsible for designing and building engaging websites, landing pages, and templates using Elementor Pro. You will ensure that all websites are visually appealing, user-friendly, conversion oriented and optimized for SEO. You will also be creating marketing collateral in Canva as needed. This full-time role is remote, based in the Philippines, and offers an opportunity to work independently while managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Daily Responsibilities:
1. Develop and design websites, landing pages, and templates using Elementor Pro.
2. Ensure all websites follow SEO best practices for optimal search engine visibility and performance.
3. Create professional, eye-catching graphics and layouts that enhance user experience and align with client branding.
4. Collaborate with the operations team to design and develop pages optimized for lead generation and conversions.
5. Maintain, update, and troubleshoot existing websites as required.
6. Ensure that all websites are responsive, optimized for speed, and compatible across all devices and browsers.
7. Manage multiple web projects independently, meeting deadlines and ensuring consistent quality across all deliverables.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience in WordPress development (Elementor Pro experience preferred) and web design (portfolio required).
2. Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and how to implement them in web design.
3. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
4. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript preferred.
5. Experience building HighLevel sites is a plus.

In addition to having excellent English skills and consistent internet access, you’ll need to use the applications we list below. You don’t need to be an expert in all of them, but you need to be at least familiar with most of them.

- Gmail
- Google Docs
- Google Sheets
- Google Calendar
- Communications apps like WhatsApp, Slack, etc
- Canva
- Google Analytics
- Google Tag Manager
- ClickUp (or other task management software)

We work in a fast paced industry. So it’s really important that our web developer/graphic designer would be:
- A fast learner
- Pays close attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- An excellent communicator who isn’t afraid to ask questions
- Ability to work on a deadline

Shift:
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. The hours are flexible, but you will be required to have a meeting at 9am (Seattle time) at least twice a week.

Benefits & Salary:
You’ll qualify for 3 paid vacation leaves and 3 paid sick leaves after the 6 month probation period.

We honor most Filipino holidays except for All Saints and All Souls Day.

Salary: $800/month for full-time work (40 hours a week)

Once you complete your 6 months probation, you will be eligible for 13th month.
