Position: Remote Bookkeeper (Part-Time)

Compensation: $5-10/hour

We're looking for a Remote Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team and help organize our QuickBooks system while learning and integrating new tools like LivePlan.

About the Role:
As the Remote Bookkeeper, you will work under our local bookkeeper, focusing on organizing QuickBooks into a highly efficient system that provides real-time financial data to the CEO. You will also play a key role in managing project invoices, generating financial reports, and learning LivePlan to support the company's financial forecasting needs. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to an impactful organization while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
Organize QuickBooks to provide live, accurate financial data to the CEO.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, create invoices, and reconcile accounts.
Generate detailed financial reports, cash flow summaries, and forecasts as needed.
Learn and use LivePlan to build and update forecasts based on the CEO's direction.
Integrate LivePlan with QuickBooks for seamless data flow between the two systems.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a bookkeeper with a strong command of QuickBooks.
Detail-oriented with exceptional accuracy in financial record-keeping.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to new tools (LivePlan).
Excellent communication skills and a passion for supporting a mission-driven organization.
