Hawaii Family Dental Centers is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst who is passionate about data and visualization. Working closely management, you will play a prime role in implementing our BI toolset for the company. In order to support these reports, you will utilize queries, file load reports, system reports, and data extracts from our administrative systems, data warehouse and reports provided by the delegated entities.You can provide cutting edge quantitative methodologies and reports to better understand the quality of work, turnaround times, and metrics, to meet all contractual, Centers of Medicare and Medicaid (CMS), CRM, and Denticon & HIPAA agreements. You will work with management along with all pertinent vendors by presenting relevant trends and recommended actions based on data analytics.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Experience / Knowledge in SiSense.
Strong experience in evaluation / development of business intelligence systems (BI) including: gathering business requirements, analysis and modeling of business processes and high-level user documentation; *
Perform data exploration and analysis *
Perform data analysis and report writing in support of ad-hoc and recurring requests for all lines of business to meet contractual, CMS, Denticon, and turnaround time metrics for Patient Enrollment, DST BPO, and delegated entities.
Perform trend analysis, develop and monitor key performance indicators and member enrollment data by line of business.
Perform data exploration; solve data problems to create automated and ad hoc Member Enrollment reports.
Summarize and present data and results of data analysis in charts, graphs or tabular form.
Assist the Member Enrollment team in the development and production of complex analytic reports and other special projects.
Ensure accuracy of reports and data analysis by reviewing and resolving discrepancies encountered in the data.
Provide analysis documentation, clear interpretation of results and summary of findings
Coordinates information from multiple data sources, assures timely delivery of reports and analysis requests, performs quality assurance data review, and contributes to continuous process and product improvement
Accountable for enrollment reporting compliance related to CMS regulatory requirements associated with our dual Medicare Medicaid product

Desired Skill set

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent
A minimum of three (2) years' experience with SiSense BI software is a plus.
Experience working in an oversight capacity involving Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) arrangements
Highly developed organizational skills
Familiarity with NCQA and HIPAA standards
Proven experience with data analytics and meticulous attention to detail
Demonstrated experience in problem solving and work load management
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Experience working cross-functionally across different departments in the organization
Communication skills, including excellent writing abilities
Ability to work independently and as a team player
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint.
