Customer Service Representative (Dutch)
Remote | Long-term Position
Are you a proactive, flexible individual with a passion for customer service? We're looking for someone to join our team and manage customer inquiries for our growing e-commerce business. If you're creative in solving customer issues and comfortable working independently, this could be a great fit for you!
What we're looking for:
Flexibility & Initiative: You'll receive a template with answers to the most common questions, but we expect you to think outside the box when necessary and come up with thoughtful responses.
Collaboration: If you're ever unsure about how to handle a query, don't hesitate to reach out for clarification—it's always better to ask than to send a response you're not confident about.
Long-term Commitment: We want someone who’s looking for a stable, ongoing role in customer service, growing with our company.
Proficient in Dutch: While fluent spoken Dutch is not required, you will be handling
Experience with Shopify: Familiarity with Shopify is a big plus! If you've worked on product listings, dropshipping, or similar e-commerce tasks, we’d love to hear about your experience.
Workload: Currently, the role requires approximately 10 hours per week, but this is expected to increase as the business grows.
Salary:
The salary is always negotiable. In the beginning, you may earn a bit less, but as I see your dedication and hard work, I’m more than happy to increase your pay over time. I prefer to grow together with everyone, so we can all benefit from our success!
