Position Overview:
Are you a creative and detail-oriented designer with a passion for AI-driven design? ROAI is looking for a Graphic Designer who can bring our visual presence to the next level. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to express your creativity through graphic design and web design, working closely with our marketing and development teams. You’ll help design engaging content for our clients and elevate our brand’s aesthetic across various platforms.

As we scale, we need someone with an eye for aesthetics, strong web design experience, and the ability to leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and innovation. If you’re ready to contribute to a fast-paced, cutting-edge environment, this is the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:
Design Creation: Design visually appealing content for digital and print platforms, including social media, marketing materials, and client-facing visuals.
Web Design: Develop user-friendly, aesthetically pleasing web pages in line with our brand and client needs.
AI Integration: Use AI-driven design tools to enhance creativity and streamline the design process.
Branding Support: Advise on the aesthetic direction of our brand and elevate our visual identity.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and web development teams to ensure cohesive and impactful design solutions.

Qualifications
Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio that preferably includes web design.
Proficiency in AI-driven design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Canva with AI, or similar platforms).
Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong understanding of UX/UI principles in web design.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
High attention to detail and creativity.
