Salary: AUD $300 per week + Quarterly Performance-Based Bonus (Up to AUD $900)

Choice Education Group is a leader in the tutoring industry, focused on education and service-based business solutions. We're seeking a skilled IT Developer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote role for a candidate based in the Philippines, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to exciting projects.

Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and optimize websites using CakePHP, CSS, WordPress, Java, and other relevant technologies.
Complete tasks assigned through a shared Google Sheet, including front-end and back-end development.
Manage timelines for tasks, ensuring all deliverables are met within agreed deadlines.
Ensure website performance optimization (e.g., SEO, speed, forms) and seamless integration with APIs and CRM systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to web forms, booking systems, and CRM integrations.
Provide weekly updates on progress, outline next steps, and communicate any issues.
Take on feedback to improve processes and practices, even if sample guides aren't the exact match.
Maintain adherence to best practices and industry standards throughout each project phase.
Key Skills:

Strong knowledge of CakePHP, CSS, WordPress, Java.
Experience with front-end and back-end development.
Ability to optimize websites for speed, functionality, and user experience.
Knowledge of API and CRM system integrations.
Familiarity with SEO best practices.
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage your own workload.
Performance & Evaluation:

A quarterly performance-based bonus of up to AUD $900, contingent on achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) such as:
Task completion by deadlines.
Adherence to industry best practices.
Efficient project management.
Strong communication and initiative.
Requirements:

Experience with both front-end and back-end development.
Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to feedback.
