We handle the entire process of vehicle advertising on Facebook Marketplace, including posting, inventory management, and real-time messaging, to turn cold messages into hot leads.

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring seamless communication, and performing data entry tasks related to our Facebook Marketplace Pro system. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain client accounts for our Facebook Marketplace Pro system.
Perform data entry tasks to update and edit vehicle inventory every 48 hours.
Communicate effectively with clients in Canada and the USA to address inquiries and provide updates.
Collaborate with professional appointment setters to ensure smooth handling of incoming messages and lead generation.
Monitor and report on account performance and client satisfaction.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any client issues or concerns.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in account management or a similar role.
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Familiarity with Facebook Marketplace and digital marketing is a plus.
Experience working with Canadian and USA clients is preferred.
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Vancouver, Canada time zone.
