We are looking for a dependable person that can work from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. United States (California) time to work on basic office coordination tasks.
Tasks:
1. Social Media. You will be working on updating and coordinating our social media postings.
2. Canva. You will be creating social media campaigns as well as client documents.
3. PDF. You will be working on creating client packets that include confidential information.
4. Due Diligence. You will be working on finding, coordinating online documents found on public domains as well as asking clients for confidential information.
5. Leads. Daily Buyer and Seller lead follow up.
6. Online Marketing Portals. You will be updating and accounting for all our online marketing campaigns.
7. CRM Update. You will be updating our CRM based on seller and buyer leads as well as our inventory lists.
8. CRM Review. You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the CRM database.
9. You will not be communicating with clients. This is an office support position.
Experience and Skillsets sought:
1. English. We will be asking for a video recording of you. The video would need to be at least 2 minutes in length, and you should be able to demonstrate strong English verbal skills. Once we talk with you, we will see your English understanding.
2. Computer and Internet. As a VA it is required that you have a computer that is reliable and an internet that is reliable. If you have headphones, microphones, this is a plus.
3. Experience as a VA is a plus though not required.
4. Writing skills. We will ask you to write a few scenarios so that we understand your skills.
5. Computer literacy. We prefer someone who understands the most popular software suites such as Microsoft and Google.
6. Communication. We expect someone who is not only reliable but who knows how to communicate with us, especially if something gets complicated or you do not understand.
7. Social Media literacy.
8. Canva literacy.
Training:
1. We will provide training and ongoing training. We would expect that you catch on with the basic VA tasks within 2 weeks.
Deal Breakers:
1. Absolutely no salary advances.
2. If you can’t account for your time, then please do not apply.
3. We will not pay the 13th month pay until after one year of work with us.
4. If you have another job either in the PH or as a VA, then please do not apply.
5. We would prefer someone who does not have young children.
6. We would prefer someone who does not have health issues.
