A bit of background information:

Our main company is called:

which is a company that teaches things like personal development, NLP, hypnotherapy, coaching, and more. We have been in business since 2005, and we love that we get to serve awesome clients who are also into personal and business growth!

We also own a few other companies/brands including:
Ethical Marketing Academy ( ---------- )
International Board of Coaches and Practitioners ( ---------- )
Authority Alliance Publishing ( ---------- thorityalliance.co)
and our newest one is Aligned Outsourcing ( ---------- )

We have an amazing team of Filipinos whom we absolutely love, and most of them help us out with tasks across several of the brands/companies. ( ---------- )

The position that we are hiring for now is to help us get our Aligned Outsourcing brand launched! Aligned Outsourcing is unlike any other outsourcing agency out there. We offer two main things:
1- Clients can pay us a one-time fee to find them an amazing full-time VA of their own.
2- For those not quite ready for full-time, we can offer part time services instead to get the ball rolling intending they grow into needing their own full-time VA of their own.

I have personally had some really bad experiences in the past working with outsourcing agencies, (and I’ve heard even worse from the Filipinos themselves who were working for these agencies) and so one of my goals is to flip the switch on that and make this a great win/win and a positive experience for everyone.

We have some amazing, super sweet and friendly clients through Transform Destiny who are just getting started in building their hypnotherapy/coaching businesses, our goal is to help them start building a team, growing their company by starting with their first VA!

Your role will be to be a general VA for some of these super sweet and amazing new business owners, while also helping out with some of our other brands.

We will offer you and pay you for full-time work, so even if your schedule is not quite full with other clients, we will find plenty of work for you to do within our organizations. This will not be one of those situations where you only get paid if we fill your schedule.

You will absolutely be part of the Transform Destiny family, and I know you will build some great friendships within the team! There may also be opportunities to move and grow into other roles as we all grow together.


Some Responsibilities may include:

General VA Duties
Customer Support
Basic Social Media Management
Calendar Management
File Organization
SOP Creating and Documenting

Bonus if you are trained in:
Basic photo/video editing
Canva
Platforms like ClickFunnels, Go High Level, etc.


The hours would be on a US schedule, most of our team works during Pacific Hours (9am – 6pm Pacific with a lunch break) however, depending on where our clients live, we may shift you to Eastern Hours.

We need someone who:

* Has a love for organization, lists, calendars, etc., and is good at keeping things organized in a way that others can understand and access when needed
* Has a minimum of 2 years experience working in the same or similar position
* Is proactive, and will regularly look for ways to be helpful rather than just waiting to be told what to do
* Hasp proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
* Is able to work independently without the need to be micromanaged
* Is comfortable jumping right in and being self-sufficient
* Is very reliable, organized, trustworthy, and can keep private information private
* Shows up like a pro everyday, and doesn’t have silly excuses why they are late or not there
* Has a backup internet plan (like a hotspot) if the internet goes down, and a back-up generator/battery if power goes out
* Has a positive attitude, takes feedback well, and implements things that you learn
* Is detail-oriented, and takes time to double check your work to make sure it is correct
* Loves to give 110%, is interested in a full-time, long-term career, and growing with an amazing, positive team. Someone who always goes the extra mile, not someone who does just enough to get by
* Is comfortable working on a time-tracking software like TimeDoctor
* Is comfortable and happy working from home on your own with minimal supervision
* Is comfortable asking a lot of questions for clarity rather than guessing, but also confident to make decisions when you understand the tasks, and will communicate right away if there are any issues, concerns, or questions
