Real Estate CMA Specialist / Data Entry

We are in need of a Real Estate Comp and Data Entry Specialist to conduct Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) on Real Estate (Vacant Land) Properties in our database. This person will be need to be highly organized, pay attention to detail, and be good with websites and conducting online research for properties. Duties will include but are not limited to, searching United States County websites, GIS mapping websites, Google Earth, and Zillow to gather information and populate data into HubSpot and a Google Sheet CMA template. HubSpot or CRM experience a plus. Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills a plus.
