Hi! My name is Jack. I am the owner and founder of Villa Vision Builders, A start-up web-design agency that builds homeowners of (Luxury) short-term rental properties, like vacation homes and villas their own direct booking websites. Villa Vision Builders designs custom websites that help property owners take control of their rental business, saving them money on fees from platforms like Airbnb or VRBO. The websites allow hosts to build their own brand and connect more directly with guests. Each website is tailored to fit the unique style of the property, making it easy for owners to manage their bookings and show off what makes their rental special.

Who I’m looking for:

- Full-time employee (With a part-time trial period to see if we’re a good fit)
- A talented web developer who can also help in other parts of the business
- Experienced with WordPress and Elementor
- Understands SEO
- A great level of spoken & written English
- someone with a great understanding of Figma designs
- Is good at learning New skills
- Is a perfectionist and likes to do things properly with detail
- Motivated and likes to help others
- Is fun! ????


What you will be doing:

Main tasks:
o You will be converting Figma designs to high-quality Wordpress/Elementor websites (that are optimized and SEO friendly).

Other tasks (as we grow, we expect less of your time to be spent on these tasks):
o Generating Leads (sending messages/cold outreach)
o Finding and making lists of new customers
o Helping with overall tasks to grow the business
o Client communication (emails/messaging clients)
o Helping to build Figma designs (I will help you with this)
