Job Overview
The role of the Human Resources Coordinator is to support the Human Resources Team in the day-to-day execution of processes and programs related to all areas of human resources.
Create basic Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, and other Word documents as directed
Oversee and collect new-hire orientation paperwork for client personnel files
Monitor and update all human resource leaderboards to ensure applicants are moving along the onboarding process
Conduct pre-boarding and onboarding for all client new hires
Create basic HR processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to aid the efficient running of the department
Aid and assist tea
Respond to requests for information and assist the HR Team with a consistently high level of customer service to resolve basic requests, e.g., contact details, form completion, etc
Maintain department organization by maintaining electronic filing systems and providing general support where required
Research and carry out Lead Generation activities to prospect potential clients and events that are advantageous to the company's visibility
Research, analyze, present final options, and complete proposal requests.
Research HR practices to create HR Forms, tools, and resources to support the HR Consultant
Create a wellness calendar and content to support activities and resources for client communications
Schedule meetings and interviews as requested by the HR Consultant
Schedule meetings and appointments. Secure rooms and internal spaces for activities
Send out client satisfaction questionnaires and reference testimonials as part of offboarding clients at the end of the project
Qualifications for HR Coordinator:
Bachelor's in business administration, business or human resources, or equivalent experience
Two years of HR Coordinator experience (entire employee lifecycle)
Able to multitask and prioritize tasks
Experience with lead generation tools such as LinkedIn and Hubspot
Proficient in essential social media platforms such as Hootsuite, LinkedIn, and Instagram and experience in crucial marketing campaign management
Proficient in Microsoft and Google products
Familiarity with simple project management software such as Asana
