About Us:
We are a growing business focused on empowering midlife professional women in transition to design their ideal Next Chapter using Human Design and personal alignment strategies. Our mission is to positively impact five billion people by 2025 through the Know Yourself Revolution. We use platforms like YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook to connect, inspire, and engage our audience, and we're looking for a dynamic Virtual Assistant to help drive our social media strategy and execution to the next level!

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy: Develop, refine, and execute a strategic plan to grow our online presence and engagement, particularly on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and/or LinkedIn.

Content Creation: Assist with creating and curating compelling content that resonates with our ideal clients – professional women in midlife transition – by speaking to their challenges, aspirations, and experiences.

Advisory Role: Provide expert advice on what works best in the ever-evolving social media landscape, offering guidance on trends, analytics, and audience engagement techniques.

Engagement & Community Management: Actively engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and fostering a sense of community within our social platforms.

Content Scheduling & Posting: Schedule and post content consistently using best practices and ensuring our brand voice shines through every post.

Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance, offering actionable insights to help refine and improve our strategy.

Collaboration: Work closely with me to brainstorm ideas, share insights, and ensure that the social media efforts align with the overarching goals of the business.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of growing and managing successful social media accounts, particularly on Instagram and Facebook (please include examples or case studies).

In-depth knowledge of social media trends, best practices, and tools, with the ability to adjust strategies based on what works.
Strong English communication skills – both written and verbal – to effectively convey brand messaging and engage with our audience.

Experience creating engaging content that speaks directly to women in midlife transition is a plus.

Proficient in using social media management tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or similar platforms.

Ability to analyze social media data and metrics to drive decisions and strategies.

Organized, reliable, and self-motivated with a passion for empowering women and promoting personal growth.
