JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and driven Appointment Setter for our insurance agency. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in appointment setting, preferably in insurance or a related field. This role involves making 300 to 400 dials per day with the expectation of setting 4 to 5 appointments daily.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Make high-volume outbound calls ( ---------- dials per day) to schedule appointments.
2. Set and manage appointments using Google Calendar and communicate effectively through Telegram.
3. Learn and adapt to multiple scripts to overcome objections and successfully book appointments.
4. Handle manual dialing of newer leads during peak hours in addition to using the provided dialer software.
5. Demonstrate resilience by handling multiple "No's" throughout the day and still pushing forward to meet targets.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Experience in appointment setting (insurance experience preferred).
2. Exceptional English communication skills, especially spoken. Must be good in articulation, persuasion, and professionalism on the phone.
3. Ability to overcome objections confidently and guide prospects to set appointments.
4. Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace [Google Sheets, Google Calendar, Google Docs] and basic familiarity with Telegram.
5. A positive attitude with the ability to work independently and stay motivated.
6. Must have a tough skin and be comfortable navigating rejections.
7. Fast learner, able to quickly adapt to different scripts and processes.
8. Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.
