Business Minded Virtual assistant

I am looking for a virtual assistant that whats to be a Boss not just remain an assistant.

I am seeking strongly qualified candidates, who are detail oriented, efficient and highly organized. You must come to the table with ideas, and know how. I have very little time for training. I need someone who is aggressive at completing task, focused on improving buy companies and want to see the results. I am seeking a go-getter that keeps goals and deadlines at the front of their mind at all times.

Must be very organized and have experience with project management. If you have a strong background in Social media marketing and managing others your application will pulled to the front.

I have several projects going on at the same time and I need someone that will push the projects to completion and help me lay the ground work so we can move you up and them in your position.

Key Responsibilities
Creating Social Media strategy executing
Social Media Marketing (not just scheduling post but analyzing the data to ensure we are on target to reach our goals)
Create and upload content for social media channels (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest)
Manage comments
Manage and editing website/blog content and draft email newsletters
Assist with graphics (MEME)
Research for social media content
Some minor video production
Creating Checklist and procedures
RESEARCH


REQUIREMENTS:

1) You can work Monday - Friday
2) You must be punctual and work consistently at least 8 hours/day
3)I am looking for a candidate who can work the NIGHT SHIFT:
4) You have good internet connection
5) You can be available on Skype every day for communication
6) You must be able to work independently and be able to solve problems

Compensation
Payments are made via wire transfer, offered monthly. I will provide a 30-day Trial Hire start up with regular company status offered once a satisfactory 30-day Performance Review is passed.
