Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and versatile E-commerce Store Manager to streamline the daily operations of our two online stores. This role is critical in ensuring that all departments run smoothly, allowing the founder to focus on strategy and marketing. As the business grows, this role offers opportunities to expand into leadership positions.

Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of two e-commerce stores, ensuring efficient workflows.
Handle 5-10 customer emails daily (primarily in English and German), with an expectation for increased volume as the business expands.
Upload and optimize 2-4 products daily for each store, ensuring product pages are ready for testing and sales.
Manage supply chain communication, ensuring seamless order processing and fulfillment.
Provide regular performance updates to the owner.
Independently troubleshoot operational issues and proactively find cost-saving solutions.
Assist with backend tasks, including order management, stock updates, and supplier coordination.

Qualifications:
Experience with Shopify: Proficient in product listing, store management, and backend tasks.
Customer service experience: Preferably in e-commerce, with a focus on English- and German-speaking customers.
Familiarity with communication tools such as WhatsApp, Outlook, Discord, ChatGPT, and DeepL for efficient collaboration.
Availability: 4-8 hours per day, excluding Sundays.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of German is a plus (translation tools can be used).
Experience managing suppliers and coordinating across departments.
Knowledge of popular payment methods such as Klarna, PayPal, and credit cards.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on cost-efficiency.
