Virtual Assistant Needed for Dynamic Multi-Business Role

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to support three of our growing businesses:

(-Residential painting)
-(Holiday lighting)
- (Celebration yard cards)

What You’ll Do:
Social Media Management: Promote and engage across social platforms for all three businesses
Marketing & Advertising: Develop and execute advertising campaigns to grow our client base
Client Communication: Handle incoming calls, make cold calls, and schedule estimates
Administrative Tasks: Input data, manage emails, and keep our schedules organized
Campaign Development: Take an idea from concept to completion with minimal supervision

What We’re Looking For:
Fluent Spoken English: Your spoken English must be impeccable, as you'll often be on calls with clients.
Creative & Strategic: Able to take broad ideas and create action plans, bringing them to life.
Organized & Detail-Oriented: You thrive in keeping schedules, tasks, and communication organized.
Positive Attitude: A can-do spirit, with a desire to learn and grow.
Self-Starter: You are proactive and don't need to be micromanaged to get things done.
Available during Eastern Standard Time hours: 12 hour time difference

Preferred Skills:
Experience with social media marketing
Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact)
Knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
Confidence in making cold calls and managing client relationships
Extreme skill to learn something new and become a master at it
