Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to create accurate financial and employee productivity reporting, managing inbound calls, and assisting with outbound sales calls.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with outbound sales calls, including lead generation, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling.
Compile and analyze employee productivity data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Handle inbound calls, provide excellent customer service, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department or individual.
Support other administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven sales experience
Proven experience in an administrative role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with financial reporting and data analysis preferred.
Knowledge of CRM systems and sales processes is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
