Receptionist

We are a US based solar company that caters 20+ states. We need someone that was born or raised in US who lives in the Philippines or someone does not have an accent. The reason being, most of the callers are farmers from rural areas and may not live in a diverse community.

We are looking for 1 receptionist that will solely:
• Answers calls
• Ask questions to confirm the name and property address of the caller.
• Determine if they are truly interested in leasing land.
• If the property owner is interested, you will then notify our land acquisition manager and he will analyze if the property meets the attributes of having a solar project.
• Other tasks will be determined based on skills.
• Appraisal will be determined by the owner of the company.

A MUST:
• Was born or raised in US who lives in the Philippines or someone does not have a foreign accent.
• Transparency
