Custom QuickBooks Online Invoice Template Developer Needed

We are seeking an experienced developer to create a custom invoice template for QuickBooks Online (QBO) to overcome its current limitations and meet our specific billing needs. The template needs to handle complex billing structures, including multiple matter sets, detailed billable line items, and retainer management. The goal is to generate invoices that provide clear and comprehensive billing information to our clients.

### Overview of Current Billing Process and Challenges
Our current billing process involves manually creating invoices that include multiple matter sets, detailed line items with UTMBS codes, and retainer management. This process is time-consuming and prone to errors. ### Responsibilities
- Design and develop a custom invoice template for QBO that includes:
- Multiple matter sets (projects)
- Detailed billable line items with UTMBS codes, dates, time spent, descriptions, billable rates, and amounts
- Subtotals for each matter set
- Total amount due before retainer application
- Retainer status report with balance, fees, and new balance
- Final balance due after retainer application
- Integrate the template with QBO to ensure seamless data flow and accurate billing
- Ensure the template can be rendered in PDF, HTML, or other formats for clear client presentation
- Automate the invoice generation process within QBO

### Requirements
- Proven experience in developing custom templates for QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with PDF generation tools (e.g., Puppeteer, wkhtmltopdf)
- Familiarity with legal billing practices and terminology is a plus
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work on time
