Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist
Location: Remote - Offshore

We are on the lookout for a meticulous and driven Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in enhancing our financial efficiency and driving profitability across our purchasing, inventory management, and sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable Management: Ensure the timely receipt and reconciliation of accounts payable, maintaining accurate records and fostering strong supplier relationships.
Invoice Reconciliation: Verify and resolve discrepancies in invoices promptly to uphold financial accuracy.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze comprehensive financial reports, including profit and loss statements and cash flow forecasts, to provide actionable insights to management.
Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in financial processes related to quoting, inventory management, and scheduling to enhance operational performance.
Collaborative Partnerships: Work closely with the General Manager, Operations Manager and cross-functional teams to streamline ordering processes and improve cost efficiency.
Cost Analysis: Conduct thorough cost analyses to uncover opportunities for reduction and operational efficiency.

Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, with a strong focus on accounts payable and invoice reconciliation.
Proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, and Google Sheets; experience in inventory tracking is a plus.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
Must be willing to work during Mountain Time hours (8:30 AM to 5 PM).

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, Mountain Time, 40 hours per week.
