Job Overview:
As a Full Stack Developer at Rebot, you will be an integral part of our development team, working on-site at our Bangladesh office. Your role will involve creating and maintaining both front-end and back-end applications, ensuring they meet the highest standards of functionality and performance. You will collaborate closely with our Australian and local teams to translate client requirements into robust, effective solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Maintain Applications:
Utilize your strong proficiency in Python (essential) and Golang (desired) to build and maintain scalable applications.
Engage in full stack development, focusing on both client-side and server-side aspects.
Implement modern JavaScript frameworks to develop responsive and interactive user interfaces.
Ensure all code is thoroughly documented in English, following best practices for code readability and maintainability.
API Development:
Design and implement web services using an API-first approach.
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless integration across systems.
Database Management:
Work with various DBMS technologies to create, debug, and analyze database queries and structures.
Ensure optimal performance and reliability of database systems.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate closely with our Australian team to understand and translate client requirements.
Participate actively in project specification and requirements gathering processes.
Mentor junior developers and collaborate effectively with tea ---------- mbers to improve processes.
Quality Assurance:
Write reliable, high-quality unit tests to ensure the stability of our applications.
Troubleshoot issues promptly and provide accurate solutions.
Apply agile methodologies to manage projects efficiently and solve problems creatively.
UI/UX Development:
Create rapid prototypes and UI/UX templates to gather feedback and approval.
Develop dashboards using business intelligence tools and modern web frameworks.
Qualifications:
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in full stack development.
Strong proficiency in Python (essential) and familiarity with Golang (desired).
Solid experience with REST API and database development.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in JavaScript (must-have), including experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Excellent understanding of HTML, CSS, and web frameworks.
Ability to thoroughly document all code in English is non-negotiable.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and industry best practices.
Experience with AI tools is a plus (nice to have).
Experience with Flutter is a plus (nice to have).
Knowledge of AWS services is a plus.
