We are currently seeking a Customer Database Manager to join our team. This role is focused on helping our clients keep their databases clean, organised, and ready for lead generation. You will work directly with our clients to manage their data, clean it regularly, and make sure it’s easy to use for real estate prospecting. This is a key role in ensuring client satisfaction and making sure their data supports their business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management: Regularly clean and organise client databases to make sure they are up-to-date and accurate.
Lead Generation: Work with clients to create and improve lead generation strategies, using clean and actionable data.
Reporting: Analyse data to provide useful reports and statistics for the clients.
Client Support: Ensure clients are happy by helping them solve any data-related problems quickly and effectively.
Security: Make sure client data is secure and follows all necessary privacy rules.
Collaboration: Work closely with other teams in Rebot to provide clients with the best data solutions.
Meetings: Attend regular meetings to update the team on client needs and discuss ways to improve services.
Skills and Qualifications:
Database Experience: Experience managing and cleaning databases, especially with Real Estate CRM systems supplied by MRI, Reapit, Agentbox, Vault, or similar tools.
Lead Generation: Understanding of how clean data can be used to help clients generate new seller or buyer leads.
Tools Expertise: Skilled in using tools like Google Sheets and Excel to analyse and manage data.
Problem Solving: Ability to quickly solve issues with client data and offer practical solutions.
Process Driven: A strong focus on keeping data accurate by following task processes, and ensuring all steps are correct.
Communication: Good at working with clients and tea ---------- mbers, able to explain complex data issues in a simple way.
Project Management: Ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines, and work efficiently on multiple projects at the same time.
Domain Expertise: An excellent understanding of the Australian Real Estate marketplace.
Security Minded: Always aware of security and the risks involved in accessing client data, ensuring compliance and policy are always met.
Initial & Ongoing Tasks:
Learning the Systems: Quickly learn how to use Rebot’s CRM tools and follow strict data cleaning processes.
Data Cleaning: Regularly clean client data to ensure it is always up-to-date and ready for lead generation.
Campaign Support: Help clients create lead generation campaigns by providing them with clean, accurate data.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on data performance and lead generation outcomes for clients and tea ---------- mbers.
Client Communication: Maintain good relationships with clients by checking in regularly and offering support as needed.
