Phone Interviewing Specialist-Interview Candidates over the phone

Phone Interviewer Trainee Position:
-We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic phone sales individual to join our team as a candidate Interviewer. In this role, you will receive comprehensive training to conduct interviews with candidates who have applied for various positions. This is a position that requires you to be experienced working remotely with the following requirements-high speed Internet, computer or laptop and telephone with Unlimited Service.

This requires a high volume of calling and texting so you need to be comfortable making over 100 calls everyday

Key Responsibilities:
-Schedule and conduct phone interviews with candidates for various positions.
-High volume calls a day to pre-screen applicants and assess their qualifications.
-Utilize a structured interview guide to evaluate candidate fit and gather essential information..
-Work collaboratively with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.

Requirements:
-Must be 100% fluent in speaking, reading and writing in English
-Must be able to work from 8am EST to 4pm EST. Some weekend hours may be needed on an as needed basis
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Comfort and confidence in speaking on the phone for extended periods.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to manage high call volumes and adapt to changing priorities.
-Previous experience in recruitment or customer service is a plus, but not required.
-A positive attitude and a passion for connecting with people.
