Job Overview:
We are a dynamic marketing agency based in Dubai, looking for a talented, experienced and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing digital marketing strategies for our clients, with a strong focus on social media management, content creation, and client communication. You will collaborate closely with our social media marketing and production teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: posting and scheduling content (reels, posts, stories) for clients across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok) and answering customers questions.
- Paid Advertising: Assist in the creation and execution of paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads) to boost reach and engagement. Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Content Creation: Generate creative content ideas for posts, stories, and campaigns that align with each client's brand, vision, and target audience, creating shooting plans for the production team, ensuring that content aligns with the overall strategy and brand aesthetics.
- Client Communication and Trend Analysis


Qualifications:
- Knowledge of paid social media advertising: Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Business Center to create and optimize campaigns.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Digital Marketing Specialist, strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and tools.
- Fluent English and excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Experience in content creation, including copywriting and visual content (experience with graphic design tools is a plus).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
