Remote Automotive Appraiser

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Remote Automotive Appraiser with proven experience in writing automotive repair estimates to join our team. This is a remote opportunity, offering you the flexibility to work from home while contributing to our goal of providing excellent service to our clients in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

-Create detailed estimates for vehicle repairs related to insurance claims, including parts and labor costs, using industry-standard software (e.g., CCC One).
-Review vehicle damage and accompanying documentation to accurately assess repair needs and costs.
-Schedule appointments with clients and repair shops via phone calls to ensure smooth workflow and timely service.
-Effectively collaborate with insurance adjusters, repair shops, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth claims processing.

Requirements:

-Prior experience writing automotive repair estimates is essential.
-Proficiency in industry-standard estimating software (e.g., CCC One) is highly preferred.
-Proficient English communication skills are required for effective collaboration with stakeholders and scheduling appointments via phone.
-A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
-The ability to work independently and manage your time efficiently in a remote environment.
