Compensation: $1 per hour + 10% commission on sales

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Copywriter to join our team full-time. This role is focused on writing persuasive copy to drive sales and build relationships with clients. As a part of our sales team, your primary responsibility will be crafting compelling messages that convert prospects into customers.

Responsibilities:

Write persuasive and engaging sales copy for emails, social media, landing pages, and other marketing materials.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through your written communication.
Work closely with the sales team to understand products and services and tailor your copy to meet business goals.
Continuously optimize copy based on performance data to increase conversions and drive sales.
Requirements:

Fluency in English is mandatory. You must have exceptional command of written English as your communication will be key in driving sales.
Proven experience in sales or sales-driven copywriting.
Strong ability to build relationships through written communication.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
Be ready to take a thorough English test. This test is very challenging, and only those with excellent English skills will pass. If your English is not at a high level, do not apply as it will be a waste of both our time.
Compensation:

$1 per hour base pay.
10% commission on all sales generated from your copy.
