As we head into our busy period of the year, we are looking for someone full time for seasonal work support. The role will be leading and managing our customer service primarily, while also support the e-commerce and marketing team. The role has the ability to evolve.
Responsibilities:
- Managing our customer service tickets and dealing with issues (ZenDesk & Shopify)
- Replying to social media comments
- Replying to Reviews (Trust Pilot)
- Updating Products & information (Shopify & eBay)
- Creating Content for Social Media & Ads (Canva)
- Organising files and uploading (Google Drive / Suite)
- Doing analysis and Resarch (Google / Google Suite)
- Supporting founder directly with admin tasks, research and work load.
This role will primely be UK hours around 7.30 am - 3.30 pm (GMT). 2.30 pm - 10.30 pm in Philippines. This is a full time job from now until end of December. With the potential to expand beyond to full time employment.

The team are based in Manchester (UK) and New York (USA), as well as across Canada and Philippines already. We are a small, but ambitious team.
