Who You Are
Post Secondary Diploma/Degree in Business is preferred
5+ year of experience as an Accountant in the real estate or lending industry
Ideally a CPA, CFA or other professional designation
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Quickbooks, Xero, Tally or Python/SQL
Self-directed and takes initiative
Able to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
Strong verbal and written command of English
Must be deadline oriented
Exceptional organization skills
Proven problem solver
