Amazon Operations / Project Manager to manage Seller Central Accounts

What We Need:

- Able to communicate well with All Employees through Skype & Emails
- Provide Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports
- Able to create SOP for each task procedures
- Contact seller support to resolve listing and other technical issues
- Optimize sales performance to ensure budgeted sales targets are reached.
- Manage and measure the account’s promotional events and activities calendars.
- Promote the continuous development and improvement of existing online strategies and marketing programs of the account.
- Identify new and emerging opportunities, trends, insights, as well as possible threats.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining product listings - MUST be expert in using flat files.
- Running and compiling reports.
- Creating and managing shipping plans.
- Expert at orders, inventory, metrics and feedback
- Understanding Amazon Account Health requirements and proactively taking steps to ensure "Good Health".
- Provide Customer Support
