Seven Lions Media Limited is a direct-response marketing company specializing in creating supplements in the health and wellness industry.

We sell our products on Clickbank and are one of the top sellers on the platform.

Your Technical Profile
1. You have a minimum of 3-5 years of web development experience.
2. You are proficientBootstrap, HTML/CSS, and image optimization
3. Experience in CBSplit is a huge plus
4. You love coding, understand processes, and are able to utilize standard development workflows.
5. You are naturally curious, always staying up-to-date with the latest web technologies, and eager to keep learning and improving your skills.
6. You are a team player with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. You are available during GMT+0 Time Zone
8. You are reliable and a good communicator

Hours & Salary:
a. This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday.
b. Starting salary starts at Php 50,000 depending on experience.
c. We expect you to be online during our working hours EST or at least overlap with some of our working hours so we can communicate with you during our work day. We can discuss this during the interview.
d. We offer 10 days of paid vacation per year including performance-based bonuses.
e. We also give employees 13th-month pay.

Responsibilities & Duties:
1. Your primary responsibility will involve helping make simple and routine updates to our sites and ensure that all of them are working properly
2. Create web pages from scratch using our brief
3. Create, modify, and revise landing page as directed
4. Thoroughly testing the sites. Optimize and improve our websites - Documenting our tech processes
5. Optimize and improve our websites

7. Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner with a quality product
8. Upholds strong file management practices within the appropriate shared drive including working documents with version control
9. Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
10. Work closely with other tea ---------- mbers and provide support when needed.
11. Communicate with external vendors when necessary.
12. Track metrics and milestones along with projects on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
13. Timely submission of weekly and monthly reports.

Qualifications
1. Developer with interest or experience in e-commerce is a plus!
2. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. We do not micromanage and always work as a team with everyone
3. Responsible for their own role in the project.
4. Acute attention to detail, organization skills, and an ability to balance multiple simultaneous projects
5. Be a confident problem solver who takes ownership of their work while willingly accepting team and client feedback.
6. Proficient PC/Mac user
7. Knowledge of CRM/Project Management tools is a plus
8. Able to manage your own time
9. Comfortable In Gmail and Google Drive
10. Comfortable with all kinds of chrome extensions
11. High Emotional Intelligence (we only speak to each other with kindness and compassion - but getting stuff done)
12. Willingness to learn and team player mindset
