Blur Out Content In My Video

Hey there! Looking for an editor who has experience blurring out specific content(license plates, urls, names) in videos for youtubers. It is a 30 minute long video and there are many instances where words do need to be blocked. i am looking for someone who is careful and has attention to detail and can make sure EVERY single frame that needs to be blurred is blurred.

I will place a 5 minute video(ONLY NEED 1 MINUTE OF BLURRING) that needs blurring for specific words, the keywords "meylora" "renoura" in the video need to be blocked out. I need someone to block out every instance of this word. Here is the video below.
