Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
* Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram,
* Create, curate, and schedule engaging content, including graphics, captions, and stories
* Knowledge on graphic design and video editing. (Short videos)
* Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns and growth strategies
* Respond to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and professional manner
* Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
* Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media initiatives with overall business goals
General Virtual Assistant Duties:
* Manage
* Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and calendars
* Handle basic customer service tasks such as responding to inquiries and providing information
* Conduct online research and compile data as needed
* Create and manage spreadsheets, documents, and reports
* Assist with light project management and administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in social media management (portfolio or examples of previous work required)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a remote work environment
* Familiarity with tools like Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar social media management platforms
* Proficiency in office productivity software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office)
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
