Master Data

Develops and maintains Operation reports and other possible reporting and data analytic tools that would aid in analysis
Develops and maintain documentation of the said reports.
Develops and maintains automated web solution to gather data from different system as needed
Coordinates with the client and Operation Teams for the delivery and any other data/reporting issues.
Support team lead in management by providing data such as metrics.
Accomplishes adhoc and recurring task as requested by the Manager
