Job Duties and responsibilities
• Receives and logs incoming and outgoing documents to and from the department
• Monitors client status and agreements
• Ensures that all documents of marketing, operations and billing are properly secured and recorded
• Assists in the processing of documents going to other departments
• Does truck bookings and reservations
• Processes documents of various billings and payments of clients
• Take down minutes of meetings
• Does administrative tasks assigned
• Attend to telephone and face to face client enquiries ensuring they are referred to the most appropriate service obtaining detailed information
• Meet and greet and welcome clients, visitors and suppliers to the office
• Organize and allocate appointments, bookings and meetings
Job Description
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, related field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field specializing in marketing, sales, accounts receivable / collection, administrative tasks or equivalent.
• Preferably with knowledge in computing software ie Quickbooks
• Computer literate: MS word, excel, powerpoint, can make email correspondence
• Flexible, resilient to pressure, multi tasker under minimum supervision
• Keen to details is a must
• Applicants must be willing to work in North Harbor, Tondo, Manila
• Required to have a non-professional or professional driver’s license. Must know how to drive motorcycle and private cars (license restrictions 123).
