Requirements:
At least 4-5 years of experience in customer service (inbound and outbound)
Virtual Assistant Experience/ BPO Experience
Excellent communication skills
Graveyard (US hours) and full-time


Job Description:
Responding to emails and phone calls
Scheduling meetings
Perform market research
Provide customer service as the first point of contact
Admin works
Ensure accurate and timely service and respond quickly and proactively to customer requests
