Administrative and CRM Management VA

Our administrative and CRM Management VA will be working mainly on back office tasks, making sure our business runs smoothly. Some marketing and customer service work may be required.

Your daily responsibilities would include:
1. Send a daily report through email, detailing completed and ongoing tasks.
2. Ensure all buyer leads are entered in CRM including all follow-up activities related to buyer leads.
3. Ensure buyers are forwarded NDA’s for signature and when completed the NDA data captured is entered in the CRM system. Follow-up with the buyer up to 3 times requesting them to complete the NDA before closing the buyer lead.
3. Ensure buyer screening appointments are setup (using email and calendly links) and the brokers calendar is maintained. Make sure appointment reminders are sent. Confirm appointments with contacts.
4. Ensure all seller leads are entered in CRM and seller in-person or virtual (google meet) appointments are setup.
5. Organize the emails that come in. Remove spam. Move email to appropriate folders and ensure all to-do appointments are entered in the CRM tool and are followed-up with by the broker.
6. Ensure that all deal specific correspondence is appropriately marked and captured in the CRM system.

To qualify for the position, you will need at least 1 year experience in the following:
1. CRM Management (Pipedrive Preferred but not necessary)
2. Calendar management (Google)
3. Appointment setting
4. Email Management (Google)

It’s really important that our VA would be:

? Follow instructions to the letter

In addition to having excellent English skills , you’ll need to use the applications we listed below. You don’t need to be an expert in all of them, but you need to be at least familiar with most of them.
? Web research using search engines like Google, IE,
Bing, etc
? Microsoft Word / Microsoft Excel
? Gmail and other email applications
? Google Docs / Google Sheets / Google Slides / Google Calendar

You’ll be working with the business owner. As our business grows, you will have the opportunity to manage your own team of VAs

Once you complete your 6 months probation, you will get:
? 13th month
