Key Responsibilities:

Engage with high-potential leads on social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) to build rapport and develop relationships
Use natural, friendly conversations to introduce our Fitness Transformation Program and offer a free 10-15 minute consultation
Follow a simple conversational framework (straight-line system) that keeps interactions organic and authentic, yet direct and purposeful
Book qualified calls for our fitness transformation specialists
Track and report on your daily outreach and appointment setting activities
