We are seeking an experienced and proactive E-Commerce Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding our team, ensuring smooth operations, and optimizing performance across various processes within our e-commerce business. Your leadership will be key to maintaining a productive and positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Guidance: Lead and support the team to ensure all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess team performance, ensuring everyone is fulfilling their roles effectively.
Time Tracking: Keep track of worked hours for all tea
Communication: Maintain constant communication with the team, providing support and guidance as needed.
Error Management: Identify and address mistakes, providing constructive feedback to improve processes and performance.
Backend Oversight: Regularly check the backend operations to ensure everything is functioning correctly.
Customer Service Evaluation: Monitor the performance of the customer service department, ensuring high-quality service and responsiveness.
Financial Tracking: Assist in filling out our profit and loss sheets, contributing to financial assessments and strategy.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
Proficiency in Google Sheets and experience with project management tools like
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, specifically Shopify.
Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in tracking and reporting.
