JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Digital Ad Creative Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will excel in creating compelling visual content for social media advertising, specifically on Facebook and Google Ads. You will be responsible for designing and editing engaging images and videos that drive user engagement and conversion with an emphasis on speed, precision, and cutting-edge design practices.



Core Responsibilities:
• Design Engaging Ad Creatives: Develop visually appealing and highly designed ad content, including images and videos, tailored for Facebook and Google Ads platforms using modern, cutting-edge design practices.
• Video Editing: Create and edit short-form and long-form video ads that effectively communicate our brand message and resonate with our target audience.
• Photo Editing: Enhance and manipulate images to produce high-quality visuals for ad campaigns.
• Fast Turnaround: Deliver high-quality designs with extremely fast turnaround times to meet tight deadlines and dynamic campaign needs.
• Detail-Oriented Execution: Ensure all designs are meticulously crafted with a keen eye for detail, maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate with Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing and media buying teams to align creative assets with campaign objectives.
• Stay Updated on Trends: Keep abreast of the latest design trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media advertising to ensure our creatives remain innovative and effective.
• Optimize Creatives Based on Performance: Analyze the performance of ad creatives and make data-driven adjustments to improve effectiveness.
• Manage Multiple Projects: Handle multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.

Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing for social media advertising.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in design and editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Canva.

• Creative Skills: Strong artistic sense with the ability to create innovative, engaging, and highly designed ad content.
• Platform Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Facebook and Google Ads specifications and best practices for ad creatives.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret performance data to refine and enhance ad creatives.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
• Portfolio: A compelling portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects, particularly in social media ads, organic social content for Instagram, and designs for TikTok.
• Speed and Efficiency: Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality work with extremely fast turnaround times.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous eye for detail ensuring all creatives align with brand guidelines and quality standards.
