Full-time VA for Mass SMS Texting Campaigns

We are looking for an experienced and excellent Full-time VA for Mass SMS Texting Campaigns, who is hard-working, motivated, and has a strong desire to learn and grow within our organization, at a full-time (40h/week) salary position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Send mass SMS messages using a text messaging platform.
• Build out auto-response template campaigns within a SMS texting platform.
• Use CRM system.
• Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Provide excellent customer service via text, email or phone.
• Handle customer inquiries, requests or complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Excellent written English and grammar.
• Advanced verbal English.
• Computer with a high-speed Internet connection and a dedicated work space required.
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with Mass SMS Texting platforms such as Launch Control, Smarter Contact or similar. 
• Experience building auto-response template campaigns within a SMS texting platform.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Pebble, Follow Up Boss or similar.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets or similar programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong desire to learn and grow with the company.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks and technologies.

Positive and supportive work environment. Training provided as needed.

Work Schedule and Compensation:
• Full-time salary position (40h/week), paid bi-weekly.
• Working on Saturday may be required.
• US work hours (EST).
