Job Description
We are a social media and marketing management agency seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Manager to join our team. As the central figure in our operations, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all internal workflows, managing multiple projects, coordinating between teams, and ensuring smooth communication both internally and externally.
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week), and you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective running of the agency, including managing the workflows for multiple client accounts, as well as the brands of the agency’s founders.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management: Oversee day-to-day project management, ensuring that all tasks and deadlines are met across multiple projects and client accounts.
Team Coordination: Manage and coordinate between internal tea
Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for client communication, ensuring that all client needs are met, deliverables are aligned with expectations, and feedback is incorporated into ongoing projects.
Workflow Management: Ensure that all processes and operations within the agency are running efficiently, from content creation to campaign execution and reporting.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor project progress, team performance, and client satisfaction. Provide regular reports to the agency owners.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve agency workflows, identifying any bottlenecks and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
